The development of e-commerce applications supported by digital payment innovations, such as paylater services and integrated digital wallets, has increased usage among students as a technologically literate group. This study aims to analyze the effects of application quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on students’ use of e-commerce applications. A quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design was employed. The sample consisted of 80 students from the Hospital Administration and Health Information Management Study Program at STIKES RS Baptis Kediri, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that application quality and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect, while perceived usefulness has a negative and significant effect on the use of e-commerce applications. These findings highlight that system quality and ease of use are the primary drivers of adoption among students.
