Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style, compensation, and motivation on organizational commitment. The sample used was employees of Bank Mandiri Syariah Semarang, with a total of 54 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The analysis methods included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The data were processed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results show that leadership style has an influence, but the effect is not significant. The study also found that compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a coefficient of 0.115, meaning that higher compensation leads to better employee organizational commitment. In addition, motivation also has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a coefficient of 0.333, meaning that higher employee motivation leads to better organizational commitment.
