The Effect of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Compensation on the Performance of Personnel at Semarang Tengah Police Sector, Semarang City

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation, and compensation on the performance of personnel at the Semarang Tengah Police Sector (Polsek Semarang Tengah), Semarang City. The sample consisted of 105 personnel from the Semarang Tengah Police Office. After the sample data was collected, it was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 16 software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that work discipline, motivation, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of personnel at the Semarang Tengah Police Sector, Semarang City.
