This study employed a survey research method. The data collection technique used purposive sampling through questionnaires containing four variables, namely work-family conflict (X1), work stress (X2), teacher performance (Y), and job satisfaction (Z). The tests conducted included instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), significance testing, and mediation/intervening testing using SPSS 22. The results showed that work-family conflict and work stress affect teacher performance, and this relationship is mediated by job satisfaction.
