Abstract

Service can be defined as the process of providing assistance (serving) the needs of individuals or communities who have interests in an organization in accordance with established rules and procedures. Considering the importance of employees in an organization, employees require serious attention to the tasks they perform so that organizational goals can be achieved optimally. Through strong servant leadership, employees will work more effectively and diligently in carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of trust and servant leadership on performance with the mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), using a case study of employees at the Fisheries and Livestock Service Office of Blora Regency with 50 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test to determine the mediating role of OCB on performance. The results show that trust and servant leadership have a positive effect on performance, and OCB is able to mediate the relationship between trust and servant leadership on employee performance.
