Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Semarang Search and Rescue Office, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of all employees of the Semarang Search and Rescue Office, totaling 122 employees. The sampling technique used was a census method. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, followed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18. The results of the analysis show that competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of Semarang Search and Rescue Office employees both partially and simultaneously. Motivation also has a significant positive effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously, and the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.
