Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, interest rates, income, and education on customers’ decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Capem Margasari. The population in this study consisted of all productive credit customers at Bank Jateng Capem Margasari, including Productive Business Credit (KUP), People's Business Credit (KUR), and Mitra Jateng 25 Credit (KMJ25). The number of samples was 63 respondents, selected using proportional random sampling from KUP, KUR, and KMJ25 customers. Hypothesis testing in this study was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, it is known that service quality, interest rates, income, and education together significantly influence customers’ decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Capem Margasari. Service quality and education have a positive effect on customers’ decisions to take productive credit. Interest rates have a negative effect on customers’ decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Capem Margasari. Meanwhile, income has no effect on customers’ decisions to take productive credit, so this study rejects the hypothesis that income has a negative effect on customers’ decisions to take productive credit at Bank Jateng Capem Margasari.
