The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Tegal Regency

This research uses correlational research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of all employees of the Tegal Regency DPRD Secretariat, totaling 50 people. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires. The results show that leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tegal Regency DPRD Secretariat. Meanwhile, organizational communication (X2) has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Based on the F-test results, the value is 11.194 with a significance level of 0.000. The t-test results for leadership (X1) are 2.858 with a significance value of 0.006, organizational communication (X2) is -2.325 with a significance value of 0.025, and organizational culture (X3) is 2.843 with a significance value of 0.007.
