Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at RSUD Kabupaten Brebes. The population of this study consisted of all employees at RSUD Kabupaten Brebes, totaling 87 employees. Using the census method, the entire population was taken as the sample, meaning the sample size was 87 employees of RSUD Kabupaten Brebes. This study used primary and secondary data, followed by computer-assisted analysis using path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The analysis shows that leadership and organizational culture have a positive direct influence on organizational commitment. Leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment also have a positive direct influence on employee performance. In addition, there is a positive indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable.
