The Effect of Transactional, Transformational, Situational, Visionary, and Servant Leadership on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Brebes Regency

This study aimed to determine the effect of transactional, transformational, situational, visionary, and service leadership on employee performance at the Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency. The population in this study consisted of all employees of the Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency, totaling 70 employees. Using the census method, the entire population was taken as the sample, meaning all 70 employees were included in the study. This research used both primary and secondary data, followed by computer-assisted analysis using multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The analysis shows that transactional, transformational, situational, visionary, and service leadership have a positive influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that these leadership variables affect employee performance by 68.3%. Therefore, to improve employee performance at the Secretariat DPRD Brebes Regency, top management must possess strong competence in various leadership styles.
