This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource management and project management on firm performance with organizational culture as a moderating variable at CV. Arkenso Riviana. This research is based on the conditions of the construction industry, which is characterized by intense competition, relatively thin profit margins, and various operational challenges that affect the stability of firm performance. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of all employees of CV. Arkenso Riviana totaling 144 respondents; therefore, a census method was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS software to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that human resource management does not have a significant effect on firm performance, while project management has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. Furthermore, organizational culture does not moderate the relationship between human resource management and firm performance but strengthens the relationship between project management and firm performance. These findings suggest that in project-based construction companies, the effectiveness of project management is the primary driver of firm performance, with organizational culture acting as a reinforcing factor in operational activities.
