Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of perceived risk, trust, and ease of use on Generation Z's interest in using BRImo by utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The population in this study is Generation Z in Semarang City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Perceived Risk (X1) variable has a negative and significant effect on the interest in using BRImo with a t-statistic value of -7.206. The Trust (X2) variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using BRImo with a t-statistic value of 12.602. Meanwhile, the Ease of Use (X3) variable has a negative and significant effect on the interest in using BRImo with a t-statistic value of -6.670. The variables Perceived Risk (X1), Trust (X2), and Ease of Use (X3) contribute 0.682 or 68.2% in explaining the variable Interest in Using (Y)7. While the remaining 0.318 or 31.8% is explained by other variables not examined, such as brand image, benefits, promotion, and financial literacy.
