This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to permanent employees who had worked for at least two years. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, involving 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Commitment. Work-Life Balance also has a positive and significant effect on both Employee Performance and Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and successfully mediates the relationship between Servant Leadership and Employee Performance as well as the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Employee Performance. These findings suggest that improving service-oriented leadership and promoting work-life balance can strengthen employees’ organizational commitment, which in turn enhances their performance. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for organizations in developing human resource management strategies aimed at improving organizational commitment and employee performance.
