Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal communication, evaluation, and reward on employee work motivation at PT. Grab Teknologi Indonesia in Semarang. The study involved 49 employees as the population and used a saturated sampling technique, resulting in a total sample of 49 respondents. The independent variables consisted of internal communication, evaluation, and reward, while work motivation served as the dependent variable. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings indicate that internal communication and reward have positive and significant effects on employee work motivation, whereas evaluation does not have a significant effect on work motivation. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.417 indicates that internal communication, evaluation, and reward contribute 41.7% in explaining variations in employee work motivation. The study suggests improving internal communication through more effective communication channels, such as digital feedback platforms, enhancing evaluation processes by emphasizing constructive feedback and personal development, involving employees in determining evaluation goals, and providing various forms of rewards, including bonuses, recognition, and self-development opportunities, to increase employee motivation and organizational engagement.
