Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of employees at CV Shawn Printing Semarang. The population of this study consists of all employees of CV Shawn Printing Semarang, with total sampling applied so that the entire population was included as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires from 50 respondents with a minimum working period of one year. This study employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis. The results indicate that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction also significantly improves employee performance. The coefficient of determination value of 0.649 indicates that 64.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work motivation and job satisfaction, while the remaining variation is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this study.
