Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee innovative work behavior with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The population of this study consists of 75 employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pasuruan Branch Office, using a saturated sampling (census) technique in which all employees were included as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that organizational justice and knowledge sharing have a positive and significant effect on employee innovative work behavior. In addition, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. Furthermore, knowledge sharing is proven to mediate the relationship between organizational justice and employee innovative work behavior, indicating that fair organizational practices encourage knowledge sharing, which in turn enhances employees’ innovative work behavior.
