Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at PT Industrial Multi Fan, which experienced a decline in target achievement over the past three consecutive years. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method and SmartPLS as the data analysis tool. The population consists of all employees of PT Industrial Multi Fan, totaling 84 employees, and the sample is the same as the population (census technique). The results show that individual characteristics, workload, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of individual characteristics, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, these variables collectively explain 62.8% of the variation in employee performance.
