The Role of Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable in the Effect of Internal Corporate Social Responsibility (Internal CSR) on Employee Happiness Management

This study examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between internal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and happiness management among employees belonging to the millennial age group, aged 17 to 40 years. Millennials possess unique characteristics and traits, making their employee satisfaction an important concern for organizations. One approach to enhancing employee happiness is through the implementation of internal CSR practices. The results of the study indicate that internal CSR has a positive effect on happiness management, and job satisfaction also positively influences happiness management. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between internal CSR and happiness management, suggesting that effective internal CSR initiatives can enhance employee happiness by improving their level of job satisfaction.
