Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mental health and work-life balance on turnover intention among millennial employees. The behavior of the millennial generation in the workplace has become an important area of study, particularly due to the increasing tendency of millennials to change jobs, as reported by various human resource management surveys. This study employs a quantitative approach involving 144 millennial employee respondents. The results indicate that mental health and work-life balance have a significant influence on employees’ intentions to leave their organizations. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining employees’ psychological well-being and achieving a healthy work-life balance as strategic efforts to reduce turnover intention among millennial workers.
